COMMUNICO, LLC. offers services of high quality and efficiency in the translation of documents and interpretation in different languages. A translation must be accurate, precise, and faithful to the original document. We work in close collaboration with the client’s staff to ensure relevant, specific terminology is taken into account. Technical mistakes do not have a place in a professional translation, as a well translated document is synonymous of seriousness and reflects on the quality of the Agency that uses it.
Our team of professionals has the highest qualifications in the field and they are always available to work on any project where our customers need us. Our team is composed of translators who possess ample technical expertise.
Types of services
*Regular translation services - the accurate communication of the meaning of a text through an equivalent text in a language different from the original language in which it was written. This service consists of the translation of original documents in Spanish to English or original documents in English to Spanish. The customer will send the documents for translation to Communico, LLC. by email. Once translated, Communico, LLC. will return them to the Agency the same way, within the agreed time period. In some cases, the service may involve transcribing from an electronic audio or video file. The translated text will be revised and edited to satisfy the expectations of the customer.
*Editing services - the comprehensive review of a document which is already translated ("final draft") to correct typographical, grammatical errors and inconsistencies of format, as well as to ensure the accuracy of cross-references, and the correct positioning of the graphic elements, tables, headers, footers, page numbers, page breaks, etc. Editing improves the flow and quality of the document to remove any ambiguity.
*Urgent translation services - This service includes:
- translation of a short text (from a tweet of 140 characters or less to a document of up to 500 words) which should be delivered on the same day in which it is requested to us; or
- a longer text which must be delivered as fast as possible. Generally, the customer will identify the translation request as urgent if it exceeds the average number of words per hour that a translator would normally produce.
*Urgent editing service is defined in a similar manner than the urgent translation service described above.
